Beautifully produced with stunning photography, the book entitled “Culinary Arts Kitchen Recipes” features recipes that are taught in the state-of-the-art, demonstration kitchen. “We are thrilled to commemorate the incredible Culinary Arts Kitchen experience for Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ guests,” said Chef Kathryn Kelly, Executive Director of Culinary Enrichment for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, who created the Culinary Arts Kitchen curriculum as well as the book’s recipes.

The Culinary Arts Kitchen is found only on Regent Seven Seas Cruises newest ship, the luxurious Seven Seas Explorer. The one-of-a-kind, hands-on cooking experience gives guests a learning environment reminiscent of France’s finest cooking schools.

The workstations in the Culinary Arts Kitchen are fully equipped with top-of-the-line induction cooktops, stainless steel sinks and a comprehensive collection of cooking essentials. Guests attending classes get individualised, hands on instruction and a curriculum that caters to all levels of aptitude.

Each chapter in the Culinary Arts Kitchen cookbook reflects the recipes taught in 18 individual Culinary Arts Kitchen classes aboard Seven Seas Explorer. In total, the cookbook contains recipes for 95 delectable items, 20 desserts and 14 beverages and cocktails.

Unfortunately the “Culinary Arts Kitchen Recipes” cookbook is only available for purchase aboard Seven Seas Explorer.
