Club Orange is Holland America Line’s premium service offering. It is available to guests staying in the top suites, but non-suite guests can also enjoy the benefits with a Club Orange add-on.

“It’s all about elevating the guest experience”, Orlando Ashford the president of Holland America Line, explained.

Indeed the benefits are elevated, with the most notable being the introduction of private dining on Koningsdam and Nieuw Statendam. “We serve some of the best food at sea and now our Club Orange guests can enjoy it in their own dining venue”, said Mr. Ashford. The exclusive restaurant serves the same menu featured in Pinnacle Grill for breakfast and the Dining Room for dinner.

For the other ships in the fleet, a dedicated host will assist Club Orange guests with priority seating at breakfast and dinner.

What does Club Orange cost?

All Neptune and Pinnacle suite guests have automatic access to Club Orange at no additional charge.

However, non-suite guests can get Club Orange by paying an additoin fee. It’s worth noting that the fee is higher for the Pinnacle-class vessels (Koningsdam, Nieuw Statendam, Rotterdam):

Pinaccle-class

  • US$35 per person, per day  on cruises 13 days or less

Other vessels

  • US$25 per person, per day on cruises 13 days or less, or
  • US$15 per person, per day on longer voyages.

The first and second guests in the same stateroom must both purchase the add-on, but there is no additional charge for third and fourth guests in the same stateroom.

However, it should be noted that availability of Club Orange for guests not booked in suites is limited. It’s also worth remembering that it must be purchased prior to cruise departure and is not available for purchase on board.
