A snow room, a salt room, and a spa the size of a small resort

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled its largest wellness space yet, though guests won’t set foot in it until Seven Seas Prestige sails her maiden voyage this December. The deck four space centers on a complimentary thermal suite—saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an aroma room, a snow room, experience showers and heated loungers—built around the line’s first salt room, a first for any Regent ship.

Seven Seas Prestige, Regent’s first new ship class in a decade, is set to debut on December 13, 2026, and will carry the fleet’s largest Serene Spa & Wellness space, its first salt room and in-suite gym, and an expanded menu of longevity treatments.

“Wellness has become a cornerstone of the Regent experience for many of our guests, and our Serene Spa & Wellness offering aboard Seven Seas Prestige has been designed to honor this evolving trend. Every detail has been considered to help our guests feel truly restored.”

Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Ten treatment rooms and a menu built for longevity

The space will include 10 treatment rooms—among them a dedicated acupuncture room, a medi-spa room and a couples’ suite. The salon will pair a marble-topped styling bar and backlit square mirrors with warm, fleck-terrazzo flooring and tan leather chairs, its three hair stations, barber’s chair and two manicure and pedicure stations arranged more like a boutique atelier than a shipboard fixture.

What will change most is the menu itself. Regent’s partnership with ELEMIS will extend to Cryotighten + Firm, a cooling-and-warming body treatment, and Red Light Face Mask Therapy, alongside signature massages such as the Around the World Massage. A new Medi-Spa program will add clinical-grade dermal analysis, skin-tightening via Thermage FLX and truSculpt, Keratin hair therapy, brow and lash work from Nouveau, the Niagen NAD+ Longevity IV, LED-enhanced acupuncture, and a NEXA system that reads skin health before any treatment is recommended.

The largest gym Regent has ever put to sea

At nearly 6,000 square feet (558 square metres), the Fitness Centre will be the biggest gym in Regent’s 30-year history, fitted wall-to-wall with Technogym’s new Sand Stone Collection, finished in warm, quarried stone rather than chrome. It will also introduce Mywellness by Technogym, a platform that builds a guest’s training program and tracks progress, alongside dedicated zones for yoga, Pilates and cycling.

A gym that never leaves the suite

The bigger change sits inside the Skyview Regent Suite—already billed as the largest all-inclusive ultra-luxury suite at sea. It will have its own 161-square-foot (15-square-metre) gym, fitted with the Technogym Bike Personal Live, designed by Antonio Citterio; the Kinesis Personal Vision, offering more than 200 exercises via FullGravity Technology; a Technogym Bench; and the Technogym Visio display. Add two complimentary spa treatments a day, and the suite becomes one guests never technically have to leave.
