Oceania Cruises have confirmed the first of many big enhancements to their biggest cruise ships – the 1250-guest Riviera and Marina. Some of the secrets of the new Oceania Owners Suites onboard these two vessels have now been revealed, including a self-playing ebony piano!
Over the next 18-months both ships will receive major makeovers as part of the Oceania Next refresh program, major elements of which include a magnificent Ralph Lauren Home revamp of the top suites.
The new Oceania Owners Suites onboard Riviera and Marina will be furnished exclusively with Ralph Lauren Home designs. Indeed, every element of the suites will be new, from furnishings to artwork. “Guests will feel as though they are sailing aboard one of the world’s most glamorous yachts or living in an opulent estate home,” said Bob Binder, the President and CEO of Oceania Cruises.
Highlights of the new Oceania Owners Suites will include a breathtaking entry foyer which leads on to a large entertaining area with dramatic ocean-views. There will be an elegant living room with a saddle-suede sectional sofa and a dramatic dining room featuring a spectacular Barrett Knurled chandelier. The Owners Suite will even boast a self-playing ebony piano!
Of course the master bedroom will be an oasis of Ralph Lauren Home calm and the suite also features a magnificent wrap around balcony.
The new Oceania Owners Suites will debut on Riviera in April 2019 and Marina in May 2020. Further details on additional enhancements and new guest experiences will be revealed in early 2019.
