Seabourn have given us a sneak peak at the signature lounge on the new Seabourn Encore: The Club.
The Encore is set to debut in December 2016 and Seabourn are billing it as ‘redefining ultra luxury’. The artists impressions of The Club, which will be located on deck 5, show off an intimate space with natural timber finishes and plum and white upholstered furnishings.
The Club has been envisioned by iconic modern designer, Adam D. Tihany. Seabourn have told CruiseOyster that Tihany has cast The Club as a bespoke and engaging space with yachting motifs echoed throughout the decor.
The focal point of The Club will of course be the bar which will boast custom-crafted cocktails and fine wines. Canapés will be served at cocktail hour and live music will fill The Club before and after dinner.
The Club extends outdoors on the exclusive Club Terrance with an aft pool lounge area featuring a plunge pool, two whirlpools, and an illuminated fountain.
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, John Delaney, said: “One of the hallmarks Seabourn is known for is the private country-club-like ambiance that adds to the very social and friendly atmosphere aboard our ships. The Club is the perfect spot for guests to gather and mingle and enjoy their journey as they travel the globe aboard the world’s finest ultra-luxury vessel.”
Seabourn Encore’s maiden voyage sold out in just two days when released for sale earlier this year. The Encore will depart Athens (Piraeus) on 4 December 2016 with 600 guests for an initial 16-day sailing to Dubai.
