With just 6 months until Silversea launch their ultra-luxury Silver Muse in Monaco the line has revealed details of the onboard restaurants and philosophy behind them. Previewing Silver Muse dining options reveals it will raise the bar for both choice and excellence.

The Silver Muse will boast a total of 8 restaurants – more than any other luxury liner. Among them will be some entirely new dining options as well as classic Silversea favourites.

Silversea’s exclusive partnership with Relais & Châteaux continues on Silver Muse, although in a new form; La Dame. La Dame replaces Le Champagne and promises a new standard of gastronomic excellence. According to Rudi Scholdis, Culinary Director of Silversea, “La Dame has become much more of a real French restaurant.” Bespoke menus created by top chefs from the Relais & Châteaux team will be enhanced by locally sourced ingredients and carefully paired wines.

Further previewing Silver Muse dining, there will be two Asian dining alternatives: Kabuki and Indochine. Silversea tell us Kabuki is inspired by the ancient art of Kabuki theatre – a classical Japanese dance-drama known for the elaborate make-up worn by its performers. Kabuki will offer guests “a performance of flavour” amid a backdrop of elaborate design. While Indochine delivers a pan-Asian journey for the senses, from the spice markets of Mumbai to the fragrant aromas of Thailand.

Commenting on the new Silver Muse dining options Amber Wilson, General Manager & Director Sales/Marketing, Asia-Pacific told us, “Fine dining has always been at the heart of the ultra-luxury Silversea service. We are proud to develop this further with our new flagship, Silver Muse”.

Silversea have refined and renamed the ever popular Stars Supper Club for the Silver Muse. Silver Note is an intimate, elegant new setting with exceptional acoustics that pays tribute to the iconic jazz clubs of Manhattan. The finest musicians will perform while exquisite tapas-styled dishes deliver sensory delights.

The perennial favourite, La Terrazza, is sure to impress on Silver Muse. Situated at the back of the ship with an expansive al fresco dining area, La Terrazza draws inspiration from Silversea’s Italian heritage and offers guests the finest hand made pasta and traditional Italian dishes.

Another favourite to make its way onboard Silver Muse is Hot Rocks – the poolside restaurant where guests cook for themselves on super-heated volcanic stones.

Rounding out the Silver Muse dining tour is the new Italian-themed restaurant, Regina Margherita. This daytime venue will serve relaxed Italian favourites including signature home-made Pizzas from the pool-side, while seafood lovers will rejoice in Atlantide which showcases the best of the ocean’s yield including royal crab, blue lobster and Verbena infused red snapper.

The Silver Muse will debut in Monte Carlo on 10 April 2017 with a special 8-day round-trip voyage. The official 13-day maiden voyage will then depart Monte Carlo for Nice on 20 April 2017. The new cruise ship will then spend the European summer exploring the iconic sights of the Mediterranean. She will then make her first trans-Atlantic crossing to North America.
