Countdown parties to Silver Muse launch have been planned around the world today to celebrate the one-year countdown until the debut of the ultra-luxury new cruise ship, the Silver Muse.

The Muse will debut in the Mediterranean next year and by all accounts it will redefine luxury small ship cruising. To mark today’s milestone commemorative events will take place aboard all eight of Silversea’s ships around the world. From the Amalfi Coast, where Silver Wind inaugurates her Mediterranean season, to Jaco Island in East Timor, where Silver Discoverer explores the natural wonders of Northern Australia.

In each location guests will be invited to a special dinner showcasing culinary specialties that will feature onboard Silver Muse next year, including specially created dishes from all regions of the world.

Wider dining choices

Silver Muse will boast no fewer than eight onboard dining options including Kabuki Japanese restaurant, Silver Note with a refined late evening menu and the evolution of Le Champagne, Madame by Relays & Châteaux.

More suite options

Silver Muse will have the highest number of large suites in the Silversea fleet with Owners, Grand, Royal and Silver Suites all on offer. The Muse will also expand the range of standard suites available with Classic, Superior and Deluxe Veranda Suite categories.

The Silver Muse launch

The Silver Muse launch will officially take place in the glamorous city of Monte Carlo next April. The new cruise ship will then spend the European summer exploring the iconic sights of the Mediterranean. She will then make her first trans-Atlantic crossing to North America.
