The independently owned Azamara cruise line continues to forge its own identity with the release of its 2024-25 itineraries. There will be a remarkable 171-late stays and overnights in port, as well as a 155-night Azamara World Cruise.

Azamara, which was sold by Royal Caribbean during the pandemic, has sought to strengthen its reputation for destination immersion with more overnights in port than any other cruise line. The fleet of four intimate cruise ships will visit rarely visited ports in the World’s most intriguing destinations including Africa, South America, Europe and Japan.

Azamara 2024-25 voyage highlights

Azamara Quest will sail back-to-back, country intensive voyages in South Africa. These voyages will visit Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Mossel Bay and Cape Town.

The late stays and overnights in port will allow extended expeditions ashore to experience Africa’s famed wildlife. Azamara Journey will cruise South America’s most picturesque coasts as well as must-see destinations like Buenos Aires. Azamara Pursuit will explore Asia in-depth, including two of the cruise lines popular Country Intensive sailings around Japan. Azamara Pursuit will also visit Australia’s Great Barrier Reef as well as New Zealand’s famous Fiordland.

Azamara 2025 World Voyage

Azamara Onward will set sail on a once-in-a-lifetime World Cruise in 2025. This 155-night journey will visit at 37 different countries with 15 overnight stays.

Departing San Diego on 6 January 2025, Azamara Onward will call at iconic South Pacific Islands like Bora Bora and Fiji. The World Cruise will then explore New Zealand and the remote coasts of southern Australia, before setting course for Asia, India, The Holy Land and Mediterranean Europe. Azamara Onward’s epic journey will conclude in Southampton on 11 June 2025.

What’s more the Azamara World Cruise fare has over USD25,000 worth of inclusions.
