World Voyager pool

The World Voyager has a heated outdoor swimming pool that is perfect for a refreshing dip, particularly in warmer climates. It is worth noting upfront, however, that the World Voyager pool is not really large enough for lap swimming. Think of it less as a lap pool and more as a luxurious cool-down—a place to decompress between ports with nothing but open ocean for company.

Alongside the main pool, the World Voyager has two heated whirlpools that prove popular no matter what the weather brings. On a fine afternoon they are a sun-soaked indulgence; on a cooler evening at sea, they are something close to essential. Either way, they are rarely empty—and with good reason.

World Voyager spa: the SeaSpa by L’Occitane

The World Voyager spa is one of the ship’s genuine highlights. The SeaSpa by L’Occitane is, quite simply, an oasis of calm in a sea of serenity—a haven for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, and consistently one of the most popular spaces on board.

The SeaSpa treatment room: the ocean can wait.

That popularity is well founded. The SeaSpa by L’Occitane offers an impressive range of indulgent treatments and beauty rituals, all drawing on L’Occitane’s signature aromatic formulations.

Beyond the treatments themselves, the spa features a coveted relaxation lounge—ideal for unwinding before or after a session—as well as a magnificent sauna with panoramic ocean views. That sauna, in particular, is the kind of amenity that earns its own fan club by the second day of a voyage.

For a vessel of the World Voyager’s size, the breadth and quality of the spa offering is genuinely remarkable. It competes favorably with spas found aboard much larger ships.

World Voyager gym

The World Voyager’s fitness facilities are equally well considered. There is an excellent indoor gym studio equipped with a carefully curated collection of TechnoGym cardio and weight machines, plus free weights for those who prefer them.

For guests who like to take their workout outdoors, fitness equipment on the open decks allows you to exercise in the fresh air—a small luxury that never gets old at sea.

Jogging track

The jogging track on the World Voyager runs around the top deck, offering an invigorating circuit with unobstructed ocean views. Twelve laps equals one mile—or, for the metrically inclined, eight laps equals one kilometer. It is a bracing way to start a sea day.

The wellness verdict

For a small expedition ship, the World Voyager delivers a wellness experience that is genuinely hard to fault. The World Voyager spa—the SeaSpa by L’Occitane—is the standout feature: a beautifully appointed sanctuary that consistently exceeds expectations. The World Voyager pool and whirlpools are well-suited to the relaxed rhythms of small-ship cruising, and the fitness facilities are more than adequate for an extended voyage.

Whether you are a dedicated gym-goer, a spa devotee, or simply someone who wants to run a few laps before breakfast, the World Voyager’s wellness spaces have you covered.
