Four new Privée menus

Privée is a spectacular private dining room unique to Oceania Cruises larger vessels, Marina and Riviera. It is a feast for the senses with magnificent views and a lavish decor, not to mention exquisite cuisine.

Indeed it now has five scintillating menus to choose from. There is a new Executive Chef’s Menu and Degustation Menu, as well as a Wine Pairing Menu and a Best of Oceania Cruises Menu. These are in addition to the existing Best of Polo Grill & Toscana Menu.

The new Degustation Menu in Privée is a seven-course delight, including:

  • Amuses-Bouches
  • Soufflé au Fromage (Cheese Soufflé)
  • Risotto de Homard (Lobster Risotto)
  • Bar en Croûte et Sauce Beurre Blanc (Sea Bass Filet Baked in Puff Pastry Crust with Beurre Blanc)
    or
Filet de Bœuf Rôti, Sauce Périgourdine (Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce)
  • Brie de Meaux aux Noix et Laitue (Nut-Crusted Brie de Meaux with Boston Lettuce Hearts)
  • Mille-Feuilles aux Framboises (Raspberry Mille-Feuille Prepared Tableside)
  • Petits Fours

Privée is privately positioned between the Polo Grill and Toscana restaurants. It can be reserved for a single party of up to ten guests per evening. Within the sanctum of Privée, dining engages all the senses, says Oceania Cruises. Indeed, having dined in Privée on Riviera I can attest to that!

More enhancements to come

In addition to the new Privée menus, Oceania Cruises have told us more enhancements are to come. The next phase of these will be unveiled in the coming months. It will highlight another new facet of the guest experience.
