Vista’s new Moët & Chandon Champagne Experience

The launch of Vista will see the introduction of Oceania Cruises new Moët & Chandon Champagne Experience. The cruise line tell us the three-course meal will pair rare vintages with delectable cuisine.

To start, a 2013 Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut will accompany Mediterranean sea bass tartare. Next, a Moët & Chandon Nectar Imperial Champagne will match a duck foie gras terrine. While for the pièce de résistance, a cured beef tenderloin will be coupled with an elegant and refined Moët & Chandon Imperial Rose Champagne.
