Vista’s new Moët & Chandon Champagne Experience

The launch of Vista will see the introduction of Oceania Cruises new Moët & Chandon Champagne Experience. The cruise line tell us the three-course meal will pair rare vintages with delectable cuisine.

To start, a 2013 Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut will accompany Mediterranean sea bass tartare. Next, a Moët & Chandon Nectar Imperial Champagne will match a duck foie gras terrine. While for the pièce de résistance, a cured beef tenderloin will be coupled with an elegant and refined Moët & Chandon Imperial Rose Champagne.

Oceania Cruises’ signature Martinis bar will get a refreshed menu. Indeed, the bar will benefit from a new selection of Mermaid Gin and Vodka, handcrafted from ethically sourced botanicals on the Isle of Wight. The new menu will pay homage to Hollywood with martini’s like the Lady Hepburn, Bogart’s Casablanca, Blue Eyes Sinatra and Notorious Bond.

Vista will also premier two new specialty beverage cart concepts. There will be a Bubbly Bar serving Champagne cocktails as well as The Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar.

Amaro Montinegro will feature on Vista's new Champagne and cocktail menu.
Baristas will celebrate Italian liqueurs like Amari.

What’s more, Baristas will take on a new sophistication with a refreshing cocktail menu. It will focus on the Italian liqueur known as Amari and its variations, including Amaro Montenegro.

There will also be an all-new mixology bar in the Casino. It will serve a unique selection of bourbons and ryes, table side. Something the cruise line tell us is sure to become an Instagram favourite.

Restaurants with new beverages

Vista’s restaurants will also feature new and exclusive libations, including low-sugar and craft offerings.

The exceptional Red Ginger pan-Asian venue will have Asian beers, sake and cocktails celebrating Asian flavours. Vista’s all-new Ember restaurant will offer unique wines and craft beers. While the new Aquamar Kitchen will enhance its health-conscious cuisine with non-alcoholic spirits and wines.
