Cunard have today revealed remarkable images of the brand new aft lido deck lifted onto Queen Victoria during the major refit at the Fincantieri Shipyard in Palermo, Italy.

The luxury liner was taken out of service on 5 May 2017 for a US$40-million bow to stern makeover. The brand new aft lido sun deck provides guests with extra deck space and unprecedented access to rays of light from sunrise to sunset.

The new aft lido sun deck will be just one of the many highlights on the new and refreshed Queen Victoria, including a revamped Winter Garden, the introduction of Britannia Club staterooms and newly designed Penthouse Suites.

Queen Victoria is due to reenter service on 4 June 2017 with a 4-day round trip voyage from Southampton.
