Danny's Carnival Dream cruise review
Ordered breakfast to room – cart was lost – no breakfast. Buffets shut down early, had to find food we didn’t want.
Rude employees, language barrier; poor restaurant scheduling, can’t eat here, can’t eat there, when special events were held, doors were closed and we had to find alternate way to restaurant , buffet, etc. Food servers making pizza not wearing required plastic gloves, food was bland, no room intercom, room phone worked intermittently, good entertainment was scarce, most of the entertainment was very amateurish.
To me, all Carnival wanted was our $$$$. Very dirty windows throughout ship. I woud cash out in casino,have to walk 3 floors down to CS, wait in line to put $$ back on card, go back up to casino to play more. We also applied $200 to our cards, and were credited only $100. They checked surveillance and said only $100 was put on, I watched $200 put on counter..Overall- VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND MONEY GRABBING.. We spent our 50th Anniversary in A VERY POOR WAY..
