Princess Cruises free beverages and dining package for 2016 has been announced. It’s called Sip & Sail, but watch out! There’s a catch.
Guests booking a balcony, mini-suite or suite stateroom will receive what the line calls ‘a free all-inclusive beverage package’ for two people. In addition to this, guests booking a mini-suite or suite stateroom will also receive free specialty dining for two people.
The Princess Cruises free beverages package includes soda, juices, shakes and floats, bottled water, cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty coffees and tea. However, the free beverage list does not apply to all drinks available on board, only those with a retail value of $10 or less. Beverages over $10 aren’t included in the package. Also, room service beverages are excluded. Only beverages purchased at bars, public lounges and dining venues qualify.
Additionally, full bottles of wine below $100 retail can be purchased in the bars, dining room or in stateroom at 40% discount from the menu price.
The Sip & Sail package applies to more than 350 cruise vacations throughout 2016. CruiseOyster think the Princess Cruises free beverages package is a good offer, just be sure you’re not caught out paying for top-shelf beverages that aren’t included.
